Terms of Service

Effective September 17, 2026

These terms cover your use of PostDNA. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

Who can use PostDNA

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and you must be able to agree to these terms on your own behalf or for an organization you are authorized to represent.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password safe and the activity of anyone you let use it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Your content stays yours

The writing you add and the posts you approve belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.

To run the service we need your permission to store your content, process it, and send the parts required for drafting to an AI provider so a draft can be produced and returned to you. That permission exists only to operate PostDNA for you, and it ends when you delete your content or your account.

What AI output is, and is not

PostDNA produces drafts. They can be wrong, clumsy, or unlike you, and similar drafts may be produced for other people. Nothing PostDNA writes is advice of any kind.

You are responsible for reviewing anything before you use it. PostDNA is built so that you approve the words first, and the responsibility for what you publish is yours.

Acceptable use

Do not use PostDNA to break the law, to impersonate someone, to harass anyone, to produce content you have no right to produce, or to generate material that is unlawful where it is published. Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, circumvent usage limits, or access another customer's workspace.

Availability

We work to keep PostDNA running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Features may change, and parts of the service depend on providers we do not control.

Suspension and ending your account

You may stop using PostDNA at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is being misused, or if we are required to.

Disclaimers

PostDNA is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of PostDNA.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms. If a change matters, we will update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use PostDNA after a change means you accept it.
